Initial Situation prior to Preparation: Elongated Tooth 17
The provision of the tooth gap in the maxilla with fixed bridgework requires a substantial shortening of tooth 17 (left) in order to clear sufficient space for the integration of prosthetic work in the mandible. Tooth 14 is correctly aligned and has already been prepared.
